Problem Note 51425: Seeded values might be incorrect when the lowest level of time in the target worksheet is higher than the source

When creating a new worksheet that contains a KPI using the DVVAL function in SAS® Merchandise Financial Planning, the KPI is incorrectly not seeded from the submitted referenced values. This issue occurs when the lowest level of time in the target worksheet is higher than the source worksheet.
